Dale Glading has successfully started and ran 2 ministries full-time. His prison ministry had a yearly revenue of $600,000 and his current ministry has a yearly revenue of $100,000. There are a lot of factors that goes into creating and running a full-time ministry. Dale shares his experience on starting his ministries and generating enough income to work full-time in doing so.
